Hello everyone,

I have been on a self-improvement journey for over a year now and have been making some great results in many aspects of my life, but I need some help with one thing that has plagued me my whole life, my communication skills. A little bit about my background. I am currently a sophomore in college and I have been working on my physical health alot and have made major improvements (+1/+2 SMV) in terms of looks. Not the best looking man in the world but a hell of alot better than I did before this journey. On top of that, I have my Generalized Anxiety Disorder almost fully eradicated from my life. I grew up really sheltered with over-protective parents and to this day I'm really introverted. I'm a total nerd who plays video games, does programming and, hell, even watches anime on occasion, I'm happy with being a nerd.

But with all of these factors of me growing up. I was never social growing up and even to this day find it hard to socialize with women and make friends with other guys. What held me back was 8a general lack of communication skills. I have been slowly improving my catalog of vocabulary in dialogue and have been tripping over my words much less, but I need to take those final steps.

If anyone has any general advice, books, videos on YouTube, etc. Drop them here.
