I use instagram but very rarely. What I have found is that chicks and people in general make judgements about you based on your posts. With chicks, their imagination runs wild so you can use it to your advantage.

The problem with it is that it is time consuming. Like some other comment here, gives you a fake dopamine rush but more than anything if you want to be effective with it, is time consuming.

Probably better ways to spend your time but if you really want to use it, use it sparingly

Instagram is really only valuable if you’re using it to produce, not consume. Following others and browsing Instagram is not only not valuable it’s harmful in the long run. Who gives a shit if you don’t follow her.
