It's mostly bad BUT,

It can be a powerful social tool. If you're using it properly and not compulsively it's pretty okay and not time consuming. And besides, you will have a photo album that you can look back on.

For the longest time I used to be against having an Instagram and I didn't, but I missed opportunity in college to use it as a tool the way I do now. Instagram can be an extension of your game if you use it properly. The girls want you to like their photos and get that validation, but you don't need to waste your time playing into all that shit. Where it can work is a tool of displaying higher value for yourself and showing off some of the cool shit you do. Every now and then a girl will like all of your photos as an invitation to slide in her DMs and escalate from there.

By no means should it be your main focus, but it's another tool you can use to expand your Game.
