Over the past few months I've been reading and listening about objectivism. I feel it shares many similarities with The Red Pill. Anyway I won't pretend to be an expert on objectivism but I will explain my thoughts.

Objectivism essentially argues that the moral purpose in one's life is through pursuit of one's own personal happiness and thus self interest. When we all put ourselves first we will all achieve more and be happier for it. This in my view is very much the basis of red pill ideology. When you discover RP you wake up to the lie you've been told that you should be nice to other people and put your wife, family, etc. first just because it's what "you're meant to do". This isn't a path to happiness. This is a path to bitterness and regret for underachievement. Happiness comes from doing things. Not for other people but yourself. Achieving things yourself and being the greatest person you can be.

Anyway I hope this post is coherent. Please let me hear your thoughts
