You're better off teasing them. Like Corey Wayne says all the time, it's a scientifically proven fact that women are more attracted to men whose feelings are unclear.

Just think about it. If you're always telling her how beautiful she is or how much you love her, is she ever going to wonder where she stands with you? Is she going to worry about you leaving her for a better woman? Nope. Not unless she's insecure. In that case, you don't want her anyway. You're better off letting her wonder. She'll think of you more, which will cause her to chase you.

The problem is that with hot girls, they know they are hot. You are blending in with the crowded sea of guys when you tell her shes cute or whatever. Just try to get her out, try to get her to come over. Don't tell her all your feelings. You can give her little nuggets of info sparingly later on so she has this cute thing you said to her once. Doing it up front and early just screams "inexperienced."

It works best when a girl never knows what you truly want from her. You can keep it ambiguous between plate & wanting a relationship (but never actually committing).

You can act attracted, but never overtly communicate this. Your actions should show what you think not your words.
