Looks will matter and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. However, usually if you just have the courage to talk to a girl and flirt with her, you're going to get something eventually. I see so many guys who are not willing to show their sexual intent to girls.

You can get quite a few lays just by having the balls to be sexual with girls and flirt with them, because so few other guys are doing this. At worst, the girl is just going to give some BS excuse like "oh sorry I have a boyfriend" or "oh sorry I'm busy next week". In other words, they won't outright reject you, but they will give a response where you can read between the lines that it's a rejection.

Frame is confidence objectified. You can practice frame, concentrate to maintain it and even redirect mid stream to regain it. You can’t do the same for confidence. Confidence just exudes from a strong frame.

I would say yes frame -> confidence is all that matters.

Frame is not the only thing that matters, but it's probably the most important thing overall.

However, frame and confidence aren't exactly the same thing, and dominance is only tangentially related.
