When I first started reading stuff on here, I tried some of it but alot of felt unnatural sometimes. It was like I knew what I needed to do, but my mind had a block on actually doing it, then I started lifting some, and I got a little better but not much. But once I started getting a proper diet on top of the lifting, it was like being charismatic, confident and outgoing became natural.

The change on the outside wouldn't look as big, but it was more about that the mental energy required to run game became much lower. I didn't have to force myself, allowing me to do it for alot longer and my social instincts were alot sharper. I started genuinely enjoying the challenge.

I always wondered from an evolutionary perspective why so many guys that should be confident, suck with girls when it's so important to us passing on our genes. Maybe it's the shit modern diet?
