I met this girl about 1 month ago. We've met a number of times casually (we live in the same student halls) and we've kissed every time we met. Tonight we met up, went for a wander and my intention was to bring her back and then fuck (fyi she is a virgin and 18).

Throughout our walk which i referred to her as an "adventure", she was hinting on the way back that she was going to go home. "when i get back i'm going to study" blah blah. So about 5 mins from our accommodation,

me - "are you going straight back yours or coming to mine?"

her - "no i've got so much work to do"

me - laugh (because i know this is just a bullshit excuse) "i see how it is"

her - "no seriously i've got so much to do" blah blah more excuses

Now having been on TRP long enough, i know this is most likely an excuse because she didn't want to come back and maybe isn't interested. As far as i was aware, from IOIs and chat, her interest was high. Yet surely if she wanted to fuck, she would've came over.

She went to give me a hug before we parted ways and i laughed and jokingly said "nah you don't deserve it" and then said "bye" and carried on walking. In hindsight this may have sounded a bit butthurt over the fact that she wouldn't come back to mine.

Is it time to next?

My plan is to just go no contact for however long it takes for her to either reach out to me or i'll never message her again. Is this me overreacting or is this the right thing to do?
