Seek validation from within not from women. You’ll be better for it. Find other ways of validating yourself. The only validation from women you should care about is honestly what they say during sex. Beyond that seeking it from women will come across as beta yes.

Words are for women, men use actions to determine. Instead of asking her, ask yourself how she treats you and if you're pleased with your sex life to know the answer to the question

The short answer is definitely yes that is beta.

How ever when I need to build a bit of comfort in a relationship after a while I will fake a couple minor insecurities to show I’m human. In the past I have followed up with this by asking for validation on them.

The point is to make her feel like you’re not “too perfect” so she doesn’t get uneasy not for your own gratification.

But that’s just what I do
