Why r ppl suggesting for this guy to do drugs?? Smh c'mon ppl. Horrible advice. You dont know how phenibut or mdma will effect him. hes already obviously nervous and anxious. Stimulants might make him Feel even worse. That's so dangerous to tell him to take drugs to overcome his shyness. You don't know if he has potential for addiction. I'm a former heroin addict and opiates for me removed that shyness and anxiety. So it was a perfect tool for me to use to talk to girls and men alike. It made me fearless. Problem is, I needed it always because I gained a psychological and eventually physical dependence to it. Once I got used to having it as a crutch, it makes it so you stop working on your problems. It's too risky of a thing and OP should look to improve himself in a natural healthy manner without the use of drugs. It will be infinitely more rewarding and less stupid or dangerous

There's always gonna be someone more charismatic and charming than you. So u can always improve or sharpen you charm skills thru practice and time . I kno u feel like a lost cause but I bet u that ur more charming than u think already

Wtf kind of question is this? "Sucking is just who I am! Convince me otherwise!"

No. Fuck you.

[–]frequentlywrong2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Stop looking for excuses.

[–]trpftw0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If you can't get over it. Try to stop caring first of all. Secondly, you can hire a ton of prostitutes (first do some research online) and even have nice chats with them. It's like having training wheels. They'll be nice to you and you'll have sex with them, and you'll get over your anxiety.

In addition, you can seek a psychiatrist. It doesn't mean you have a problem. But a psychiatrist can give you the right medication to get over your anxiety. There's nothing wrong with getting ASSISTANCE from a psychiatrist if that is becoming a problem for your social life.

Lol gonna suggest drugs too. Take some shrooms on the first warm day of spring. Plan to relaxing day with no obligations. Best case scenario, you'll be able to confront your mental hang ups, maybe even get to the root of why you're so anxious. Worse case, you have a bad trip, and you have to face that shit anyway.

Anxiety and shyness, for me, was being judged or the danger of the unknown. After getting guns in your face multiple times and watching good friends die young, you start smashing that shy shit BECAUSE AS FAR AS WE KNOW, WE ONLY GET ONE LIFE. STOP WASTING IT TRAPPED IN YOUR HEAD.

Check out Phenibut and try it for a day or so and recall how you acted during taking it. Then learn to change yourself to be like that without relying on an outside supplement.

[–]redpillcynic -5 points-4 points-3 points 10 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link

Fastest way - try MDMA

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

Maybe MDMA, kratom, or phenibut can help someone quickly overcome shyness, but it could just as easily create a dependence.

[–]redpillcynic 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

it could just as easily create a dependence.

I assume we are dealing with men on this sub.

Imagine an extremely shy beta who finally, finally begins enjoying social success under the influence of these supplements. Their self-esteem is so low that they would not think that they could achieve similar results again without the supplement.

[–]redpillcynic 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

Well I clearly don't hold such condescending views towards others.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Are we having the same conversation?

[–]redpillcynic -2 points-1 points0 points 10 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

You seem to view Betas as subhuman scum

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

No, I think you have taken what I typed out of context.

[–]redpillcynic -2 points-1 points0 points 10 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

imagine being a beta

Read what you wrote. I don't think so

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I still think it is quite the stretch between "imagine being a beta" and "[being] subhuman scum."

But since you need me to spell it out for you in unambiguous terms, I was trying to communicate "betas" - in the context of men with poor social skills - having a possible greater risk of dependemcy on state-altering supplements to get them through social situations because - in their dearth of self-esteem - they don't believe they can achieve in a social situation otherwise, because - up until they took state-altering supplements - they had not been able to achieve success in a social situation.

Now if you would find that "betas are subhuman scum" is still an implied clause in my language, than further communication would be impossible.

Why do you call beta's subhuman scum? They are men who needs help, because they got fucked up by parents\life events . Why you need to insult them like that?

[–][deleted]1 point 10 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Why do you respond to posts you obviously didn't read?

[–]Moakhabatel1 point 10 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I've read it. Whats the problem?

[–][deleted]1 point 10 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I am not calling anyone a subhuman scum. Somebody responding put the words in my mouth to my indignation.

[–]NoFapStroker 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Have you tried these? Ive tried phenibut like 5 times and never felt anythigg

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I've tried phenibut. It's much easier to "get out of your head (necessary for game)" under its effects. But it also led to spurts of anger and headaches, so I stopped taking it.

But "getting out of your head" is a learned skill, just like all aspects of game.

[–]2ndLion1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Dont. MDMA will free you of some cognitive functions. However, you get stuck in fantasy land. You are unable to see the objective reallity the same way again(unless you stay sober for long). Drugs should not be used too free oneself. Just because it's normal doesn't mean its right. The same thing with weed(even though its on a lower level). Your thinking patterns will change, you notice different stuff because your brain works on a new unknown level for it because you are boosting certain points in it with chemistry(technically) besy way og self improvement is through confronting your fears instead of covering then up
