That's all you need to know. You can make your own judgements on what you want to read based on the descriptions, but that's most of the good material on that list and in the comments.

Try models by Mark Manson - I'm also a foreigner and it was not bad to read, whilst it was probably the most useful one I read.

Yes. The main sub threads are basically the same thing said a different way by a different person. Often times diluted. Once you have the basics you'll be okay. Over time you'll realize there is some advanced parts. You won't get them in your first readings or maybe even second. This is not that the handbook material isn't good it's because it'll be over your head at first.
