I tried Phenibut in my early, dark days after finding TRP. It has an effect similar to alcohol in lowering your inhibitions and anxiety.

It is also very quick to build a tolerance. It can be used safely if you are smart about it, don't become dependent on it, and have clean stuff.

But your goal is to not need this, or any other substance. Use it strictly as a tool to experience what life will be like with more frame, more expression, and less anxiety. A sample if you will of what it could feel like after you put in the HARD WORK of becoming a better man.

You will never reach your goals if you are crutching on substances. Doesn't matter what the substance is. Your goal is to become social, self-validated and strong without putting shit like this in your body.

You can use it once a week if you want, instead of drinking. It feels like a cognitively sharp drunk and has some euphoria, plus you'll get great sleep that night unlike alcohol. It's a tool like any other and should not be used as a crutch.

It also makes you horny as fuck like you wouldn't believe. It's an aphrodisiac and sex feels great on it for either gender.

I still take Phenibut for occasions such as meetings, presentations, and any other big social gathering.

It works great for me because it helps me focus and reduces my anxiety considerably. It's like a social chill pill for me, socializing becomes easy for me.

The only downside is that for it to be effective you can only take it once a week. Tolerance builds up fast.

Phenibut is a narcotic and highly addictive. It's more powerful than standard benzodiazepines at knocking out anxiety.
