You don't need to spin plates in an LTR. What you need to do is flirt with other women. Preferably, allow them to flirt with YOU. You just need the constant reminder to your lady that you have options.

To me spinning plates doesn't solely mean you have to have sex with all the women involved, but is simply knowing and having the options to do so thus increasing your mindset.

It becomes more "keeping options" than "spinning plates."

Don't get numbers while in a LTR, keep numbers from before you were in that LTR.

Do not start removing girls from your life because you're committed to this person. That temptation is often high but, in the long wrong, it's the wrong way to approach the situation.

Some people don't enjoy the thought of keeping their girl on edge BUT, your girl HAS to know that other girls still want you and would gladly have you should she mess your situation up.

Yeah...umm...not sure if you are trolling or not, but that's like the basic definition of cheating. You can choose to spin plates with no defining commitment to anyone, or be in a LTR with the proper woman. Not both. If you need help finding the right LTR with the right woman and being a confident, strong man in that relationship, there are posts in /r/theredpill that can help.
