This is a health question and not a question about women. I went to a doctor and I have low testosterone. They gave me a referral to a doctor who would be able to give me TRT, but also mentioned that the types of TRT available would likely shut down my body's ability to produce testosterone naturally. I don't know what the levels mean, but I'm hovering around free 6.1, total 255. I'm 26 and I'm around the levels of an 80 year old man.

Seeing as this sub revolves around becoming a stronger, more masculine you, has anyone had this issue? Is this fixable naturally or with lifestyle changes? I asked the doctor and she said the only ways were through the medicine but she'd send me to an alternative medicine doctor if I wanted, I declined. When I asked about lifestyle changes I meant along the lines of diet changes or staying more fit.

I thought I might have this because my erections were pretty weak, I couldn't keep it up with my girlfriend, and I was tired all the time, and I figured my levels were lower than average, but not this low. In your experience, is there anything I can do? Where to get started?
