I would need more information about the particular girl and her everyday personality to know if she is testing you in some way. It could be a test, to see if you are a man-whore. It may just be a direct question because she wants sex. Did you have sex?

The fact you asked this question means you know there's more behind that question. Women like chasing, it's really all a game to them. If you just throw the toy at them, they lose interest and walk away. As long as you string them along towards a fuck, they will play along. You have to remember to look at things like a game, and the minute you "get serious", you start to lose.
