In general yes. Keep it short and simple and don't be needy. Only write 2/3 of the words she writes to you. Texting is for logistics. If you text for any other reason than for planning to meet up with her soon, you are wasting her and your time.

Over-investing in her means you are giving away your most precious ressource for free: attention. This is clear beta-behavior and signals her that you are not of high status, but needy and desperate of her.

When you encounter shit tests either ignore them and continue doing what you planned on doing or agree and amplify. This signals to her that you are indifferent to the idea of being rejected.
