Is it wrong that you're looking for an alternative source of income when your employer is posting hiring ads saying "We're considering firing everyone and hiring new staff in two months"?

It would be disloyal towards your employer, yes. But people in general are not loyal unless they have a very good incentive to be. Any employment situation is basically you and the employer simultaneously using each other. Relationships are the same thing. You basically have these options:

You're staying loyal. She's looking around for better options. You're being used, she's using you.
You're looking for more (not better) options. She's looking around for better options. You're using each other.

Option 3 and 4 do not exist, because there is no such thing as romantically loyal women, unless they have a very strong incentive (ie you'll be stoned to death if you cheat on your husband).

And for anyone new reading this, no, it doesn't mean women are evil. They're all constantly looking for better options, and they're usually not even aware of it. It's an instinct, like breathing. If you want a woman who goes "Yeah this guy is the best and I will be with him and only him forever until I die no matter what men approach me", then you're looking for someone with some serious psychological abnormality. I'm sure they exist, just like women born without a sexdrive or with three arms exist. But I'd suggest going for a normal one.

shes trying to branch swing. damn i wish i used trp back in july when my ex was doing the same thing.

Be forward recon and dump her ass first. It wont be easy but it hurts less than having the anxiety of "OMG IS SHE CHEATING?" when your guts telling you somethings up and she sidewinds you with something like "btw my friends coming to visit/moving in with me and my family" its the ULTIMATE excuse to cheat.
