It's a tool, and like all tools it's all about how you use it. If you're getting matches and not setting up dates yes it's as useless as hammer is at taking a nut off a bolt.

Within three lines try to set up a date. You only waste time if you choose too.

Having said that; don't let it become a crutch, it's no replacement for approaching girls you want to meet on the street.

Tinder is a gene pool filled with crazy and low iq'd broads man. Spend that time in the gym, reading a book, or spinning plates in person.

Probably depends on your location. Tinder was in heavy use in NYC 1-2 years ago, I assume the same for most cities. It's probably played out a bit by now but still useful. Matches don't matter, only what you convert to a # and then to a meet up. Yes it's a validation tool for the girls but if you can attract them with your photo, you can convert to a date.
