First, stop feeling sorry for yourself.

Second, why are you waiting to do Jiu Jitsu? Why not start now?

Thirdly, something a lot of guys don't consider is the value of learning and practicing a new language especially one that a large number of people near you speak. For example Mandarin if you live in San Francisco, or Spanish if you live in Florida, etc. Not only will this make you a more well rounded person it will also expand your horizons and potential in terms of social interactions down the line.

Language learning specifically also opens up new potential social interactions that would have never previously existed. Go to a language exchange and help someone learn English (or whatever other language you might speak) in exchange for them teaching you their language. In my opinion once you have the basics of the language down this is the best way to learn. Not only will you be learning how the language is truly spoken but also you make friends at the same time.

Fourth, if you can join any sort of club or sports team, I'd recommend it. There's hardly a better way to instantly make a good group of friends who at least share a few interests with you.

Finally, forget about your dry spell. It's irrelevant and thinking about it is only going to hurt your chances further.

PS - Just noticed you're probably still rather young since you said you live at home with the parents. Even more reason not to worry about sex and just go out and make new experiences.

Like the other dude said, start learning, start reading, start talking don't waste time drinking/smoking etc etc.

If you don't want to sign a contract, stop by a school and tell them you may be moving soon but want to start and see if they can work out a short term type plan.

coursea.com has stuff, you can even use skype to try to practice foreign languages.

I am already doing more for you than I want to, all you are going to do is read these comments. Sit on your ass, and ignore them.

If you live in an isolated/rural area move or get comfortable being isolated. Next join a box gym like crossfit. The box gym format has the ability to help in all areas you mentioned:

If you take it seriously and train hard you will see results. I've been doing it for one year and everyfuckingbody tells me how good i look now. One year of intense exercise 4 - 5x a week and I look (and act) like a different person. its easy to make friends in these classes. I am an old dude and I go out drinking with the 20 somethings after class. Friday we skipped out of class and all went to an outdoor bar. There's a real sense of comradery with all the core people. We do tough mudder and spartan races together. Its a fucking blast and I am having a lot of fun with it.
I could be slaying pussy there. I don't for obvious reasons.

Don't get hung up on finding a crossfit. There are plenty of alternatives. Make sure they emphasise safety and form. Find the busiest class (usually 5 or 6 PM) and go. Concentrate on yourself first. Don't worry about making friends or pussy. That will come on its own.

Start learning. Find something that excites you - whether it's rock climbing, hiking, languages (programming or spoken), working out, dancing, martial arts, reading, woodworking, aquarium keeping...I could go on but I think you get the idea :P so just pick something and get after it! I've gotten into a few of those (I combined aquarium keeping and woodworking to build my own 55g tank stand for my apartment for example) and I plan on getting into more!
