Typical conversation:
Me: So what kind of music do you like?
Her: Ah everything except country... I really like electronic though
Me: Really? Do you by any chance know Animals, from Martin Garrix?
Her: Yeah, sure, that song is great!
Me: I'm practicing it on the piano ;)
Her: Wow, that's awesome!
And then I feel bad because I was basically begging for a compliment and that's lame.
Opinions, guys? Am I overthinking it? If not, ways to improve this DHV?
I usually tend to hold on the urge to talk about the things I like to do, but after a few drinks I'm on the loose.
