You can google them yourself, can't you? Pro tip none of them actually work for shit. Especially if you are not a toddler still in forming phase...

What really works is having high testosterone levels. Google how to achieve that.

Yeah a good jawline exercise I like to use is running. Sometimes you should lift weights.

Jawline really looks shredded when you mix it in with a good diet.

A lot of jokes and some scorn in the replies. Personally, I've found that chewing gum tends to strengthen my jawline. Just don't be obnoxious about it (popping, snapping, etc). You're not a secretary or a cow.

Dropping your overall fat percentage will do more, but the temperomandibular joint is just like any other muscle group and can be strengthened and bulked.

Jesus... at 28% body fat, can you even see your jaw under all those chins?

You can't work on your jawline alone. The fat is all over and it's not possible to reduce one area. Have you ever seen a fat guy with a chiseled jawline?

Get on over to the loseit subreddit then install the lose it app on your phone. Control you calories. Stop all alcohol and any kind of junk food. Learn how to eat like an adult.

Install the Couch to 5K app on your phone and start running. Don't stop.

Get to the gym and lift.

I went from 207 to 154 in about 6 months. Now, I'm working on bulking then will do a cut. Now I have an actual, honest to god jawline.

Going from 28% body fat to 8% would make you look like a movie star. Do it.
