Alpha beta behaviour isn't an on off switch. You are always acting with both, it's the ratio that's important. You need to act with a high alpha ratio in day to day life. That will be your average ratio, in Ltd it's ok to to move more towards the beta end still talking A60/B40 split.

Can you give examples of how you have changed to become progressively more beta?

It's your default state until it changes through habit.

I'd recommend writing a brief log of dumb shit you did each day and finish on a personal victory. Do that for 4 weeks then look back.

It'll take a while to fully internalize PUA behavior.

RP is really more strategic. Just think long term. Daily self improvement. Living for yourself and not someone else. Self-respect.

At the start I had to actively and viciously control my frame so that it was "alpha" and that I didn't stoop into submissiveness. The longer you are at it - for me it's been nearly 2 years of being in the manosphere - everything becomes more natural and a habit.

Try to immerse yourself in all aspects of alpha traits. Every conversation, meeting, introduction with people you must try and direct the conversation to create comfort with the other person. The more you lead your encounters and cement a leadership personality the easier everything comes.

If you just try to "act alpha" which to me sounds very transparent and faked, people will see through it and punish you.

Become a more decisive, alpha man, don't try to mimic it.

I'm going to guess you're quite young. Two weeks isn't enough time to learn to do anything sufficiently well especially a complete personality overhaul. Give it time.

Give it time to digest; it may take months. Read the side bar articles and get a workout routine going.
