What the hell do you even do in this situation?

There’s a story circulating around social media about a guy named Izu that killed himself over a false rape accusation.

He rejected someone who had a romantic interest in him. She accused him of rape, and now he’s dead. Of course she denies her actions.

It’s not like he could ask for consent to reject her. He couldn’t have recorded anything either, other than saving text messages on his phone. Even then, he’s probably going to be sent to jail and labeled a rapist because of ‘believe women’. If he did everything right, he’d still have the stain on his reputation of being a possible rapist

Is there even a point to dealing with women in the USA at this point? There’s too many false accusation stories and there is almost nothing being done about this issue
