(This is a little venting that I didnt want to post on the main sub) I always log on redpill to check for the latest ways to get girls in 5 minutes without going to the gym, or eating healthy or having game.

This was true for me and probably for a lot of people, I didnt know but deep inside it was true. And now im getting confirmation that what redpill teaches is actually true, how about that.

I lifted for half a year and lost a lot of weight, I was considered fat before, and packed on a lil lil bit of muscle, in my peak I randomly got 2 girls really hooked on me and was having girls talking to me a lot more and as a virgin I was like 'wtf how did that happen' and since I didnt have any experience I fucked it up

But, the fuck up lasted for months... I stopped going to gym, got lazy again and my beta was taking over, this lasted for half a year. Fastforward to now, I feel like I went back in time, I lost my lil gains, im packing weight, im feeling shitty again and, guess what, I go no girls after me.

This was the ultimate confirmation I needed to understand that, its the the ammount of texts you send, its not about you saying 'Hello' or 'Sup bitch', while it does matter it only takes part after the girl is interested in you, if you dont lift or are healthy and to top it all off you are average or below average looking, then that wont matter for shit.

Maybe you get lucky, maybe you dont, you're on the losing side either way. Now imagined I had lifted for this entire time instead of having this half ass shutdown, where would I be and how many bitches would be on my side? This was enough to wake me up and after I realized that I was back in the gym getting scolded by my gym trainer as why I didnt show up in half a year.
