I work for a guy who's dads own a company hes rarely there but shit test me often, making fun of what I wear, comments about my vehicle sitiuation and money etc. Like for example "yea (name) it would be nice if we had rich parents and could just sit at home and be drug addicts and not have to work".

I work with a supervisor and my friend who got me the job we go way back and used to fuck with each other all the time. It got a little old and I don't engage in it anymore but our supervisor shit test me like our boss. 9 times out of ten I either agree and amplify or ignore it. I'm usually so tired and worn out though that it just aggravates me.

They never do it with each other only me I suppose bc I'm the youngest and least experienced.

On top of that when we ride to job sites supervisor drives and I sit in the middle bc my friend has felt entitled to front seat as far back as I can remember so I'm really not looking to have that war. Besides he got me the job and gives me a ride to work every morning and helps me out in other areas. Idk if I'm being petty about it or not but for some reason it nags at me.

I want to quit but I can't bc I need the money and it pays well
