What do you do if you're texting for logistics and they say they aren't sure about you?

I have this girl on snap chat and when I tried to schedule a date she never gave me a straight answer. Would say things like "we'll see". That doesn't sit well with me. If you tell me you're free and say we'll see that just sounds like a waste of time.

When the day came she posted and it looked like she was at some event. I'd rather she just said I may have plans or something. But she said idk about you. And I'm not sure why. I didn't really build much rapport the day we met. Because I had to go. I text her lightly to build comfort.

Rn she left me on read but that was after I said something like get home safe.

Should I text her and reschedule? Or just drop her?
