I've noticed that over the course of the past year I've become an extremely angry person. I have little to no patience with people and often find myself extremely irritated. I think a lot of stems from regretting previous life choices. I am doing alright though in terms of school, career, etc. Sometimes it just seems like life is unfair, but I know I've been very lucky growing up in an upper middle class family as an only child.

The best way to describe the feeling is: whenever I see anyone else accomplish something, I get jealous and think about how I can outdo them. It's painful insecurity that I haven't discovered the root cause of yet. I have a great job lined up, generally am respected by my peers, and do well in school. My social life is pretty good in that I have some great friends. Sex life is nil, but it's not been a major concern and I don't think getting laid is not the solution to the larger issue.

I tend to have a pretty chill personality that I fake when I am talking to people I meet for the first time. However, as soon as I go behind closed-doors I feel really spiteful of everything. However, I've noticed I'm making a classic early RP blunder. My internal irritability is ever so slightly spilling out into my everyday interactions. I'd like to live a happier life and understandably there is no step-by-step guide to this, but where do I start changing. The Red Pill steps seem to be tailored towards picking up women, which just isn't that interesting to me.
