Yeah, ok, I understand the alpha-beta paradigm, but how does this translates into a LTR?

For example, in my current situation, with a chick higher older than me, at ovulation phase. Do you need to be mostly alpha mode or more alpha than beta, in that period? Is intercourse mandatory? If you're already alpha with a pinch of beta here and there with her, is already fine? Besides developing a sense for it, of course.

The ability to provide is important, I know, mostly in terms of emotions, sense of status etc. But, for the above example, does this mean that, let's say, comfort tests tend to transform into shit test during ovulation phase? Or women do need more 'betaness' (although not actual beta), even when their biology tend to go towards something a little different?

If any of this is true, it means that you have to know when to show the beta or the alpha, even though you're alpha most of the time, if not always (incorporated mindset), for your mating strategy to have the upper hand.

To summarise this whole shit theory...

Basically what chicks want is a essentially an alpha (not necessarily a gym dudebro... boss at work, captain of baseball team, wrestling instructor, pastor at their church. Basically some leader trait which requires strength and stoicism to thrive)

Throw in the occasional odd tiny bit of “Betaism”, shed a tear in the scene in terminator when Arnold says “I know now what’s it like to cries”, play that flamenco love song on your guitar every once in a while. Call your brother once a year just to tell him you’re thinking about him and love him.

That occasional odd touch of sentimentalist energy.

But you can’t overdo it. It has to be rare, and only she gets to see it.

You’re better off showing none than too much. This shit is like crack for girls. You can only give them the occasional taste to prevent it turning into a full blown addiction that fucks you up more than them.

This is my take on the issue.
