Yesterday she texted that shes excited for today, and i said me too, and that i had to run because i have to study for my exam tommorow

Anyways, today, to get a chat starting i messaged her about how my exam went, she congratulated me, then i said thanks, and ill pick you up at 9. But i was left on read here, do i ping her later today or do i take this as a flake?
