Having been recommended lifting by a few guys on this board, I decided to go for it. With a clean diet and running thirty minutes, two days a week. Gym 2 days - 45 Minutes each time. Running 2 days 30-45 Minutes, time is dependant on certain factors.
I implemented a diet of Salmon, Rice, Yogurt, Asparagus, Steak, Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Almonds, Broccoli, Blueberries.
I have noticed I feel grounded, like I can't really be moved. I cut someone in a line this morning whilst driving and he beeps, rolls down his windows, does the wanker sign repeatedly, looks at me dead in the face, I look at him, smile and keep looking in that direction and he seems a bit threatened by my non reaction. Just one simple example, usually I may have flinched.
Another aspect is, that I have begun speaking very calmly and slowly whenever responding, everything just seems to go smoothly and nothing fazes me, or it has at least been filtered to the point where I don't notice.
Maybe it's a placebo, who the hell knows. But thanks for the recommendation guys! I would urge anyone having problems, health related or if you feel giddy in intense situations, to head to the gym. I can not begin to fathom the progress I will have made in six months, in relation to all aspects of mental and physical health.
