Nineteen years old and live with parents. Girl I'm dating is in the same situation. I have my license but she doesn't.

Logistics are killing me at the moment. How does one get drunk with a girl, where we can't be at either of our houses, nor can we drive (can't drink under the influence)? I'm an absolute tight-arse, so I'd never pay for a taxi. She's dtf but I'd rather have had a couple drinks beforehand.
