Ive been plating a girl for over a year now, we're both 18 and lost our virginities to one another. She promised me exclusivity from the start but has been okay with me having other plates throughout the time we're together.

For the past 6 months though, it seems she just can't cope with it emotionally. She cries daily about it, begs me to make sure she never accidentally meets another plate, and I even encouraged her to see other people and she cant cope with anyone that isn't me

What the fuck do i do? This girl is tearing herself up about it but im also not going to LTR her (many red flags). Im also scared to even end it because she is so fucked up I cant trust her not to hurt herself or vindictively come after me. Im stuck in this circle of stress and don't know what to do.
