Don't think of things as black or white / on or off. Think of TRP as a spectrum with blue pill on one side, purple in the middle, and red on the far right.

You will find good information throughout the spectrum but in my experience the more red you get, the more successful you are with women. Whoever cares the least holds the most power.

We do say that you should be 10-20% Blue in long term relationships for comfort tests but don't go overboard. I think I just lost a girl because I was sick and asked her to comfort me. Isn't that fucked up?

Purple pill.

Man, people who oppose something aren't in it for the truth. People are in it for the victory. And if you dig debates, you'll know that rational argumentation isn't the most powerful tool.

TRP's greeting cards are far from rational themselves. They'll mostly prey on some folks' frustration.

What you get on TBP isn't a discussion, it's humor satirizing TRP. they don't even bother understanding what's being said here. It looks like circle jerking for you, but it's highly effective to prevent someone from ever taking TRP or its members seriously.

Anyway, you've been pointed out to purple pill debate. You'll notice there's not much questioning over some basilar aspects of TRP. Sexual strategies, value... But there is a lot of questioning regarding "RP tactics", for various reasons, many valid, many just trying to deny some obvious crap.

Congratulations for your approach to TRP.

The purple pill subreddit is probably the "best". I will say that even when I was relapsing into my bluepill ways and looking for some Anti-TRP sentiments I felt the purple pill was weak.

There's a lot of questioning that goes on there and some extreme cases used as examples (although that happens everywhere, including TRP). The thing that underwhelmed me about it is no one takes a stand or view on anything. It's sorta the epitome of reddit where people question everything you say or use circular logic to disprove you, but they never contribute any alternative idea of their own.

TRP is largely based on evo psych and behavioral psych so any legitimate criticism would be criticism of those field's pillars and methods.

Otherwise, TRP is uniquely resistant to echo chamber-ness because it gives you easily testable and falsifiable conclusions that you can try for yourself.

Finally, what is the downside if you try TRP and find it's wrong? You end up in great shape, meditate daily, and are more well read? It's not like some cult that is asking for up front donations or commitments.

Would like to add to the comments already here that answer your question.

TRP is an amoral philosophy. It isn't about being right or wrong, good or bad. It provides a rational explanation for many things we get to experience in an important part of life: relationships with other people (and also with yourself).

Sometimes the interpretation changes, becomes affected by anger at being made a fool and believing an imaginary world, which is where r/TheRedPill comes in, the opportunity to vent and get some constructive feedback (most of the time...) to help cope with the disillusionment. This anger phase is the topic I see most attacked everywhere that makes an attempt to fight against TRP.

Because TRP is about reality and fluidly changes its own ideas based on evidence (e.g. the views on LTR and marriage) there is really no one that go against it with a rational analysis.

reading for a few months

I've read countless submissions on TRP and MRP, RationalMale...etc. I've read 20 plus books, some of them sidebar material from both subreddits and I've read them multiple times for most of them. In one year. I have lifted, trained and lived for self-improvement in that 12 months that easily eclipses what I haven't been able to accomplish in the whole other 35 years of my life. My efforts here have almost immediately returned value to me, MY WIFE and MY THREE CHILDREN because RP praxeology is so predictive.

I have had a single fucking minded determination to dominate my beta mindset and be unapologetically masculine.

I could pay for and ship a TBP user any of those books and I'd doubt they'd finish a single chapter let alone book. Just like the rest of their lives, they'll come up with yet another excuse as to why they won't put in anything but the bare minimum effort. I give enough effort spoon feeding askTRP guys who are too lazy to read sidebar material. Not going to help those that choose not to see reality for what it is.

TRP is a sexual strategy based on humans being the animals that they are. To refute it is to believe a dream is also a reality or could be; which is a lie.
