You aren’t focusing enough on yourself is my guess. When you’re in a relationship, it’s really easy to give most of your time to her and forget about your life which makes you slip out of frame easily. My advice is go lift and just enjoy life, hang out with friends, and just do what you would normally do when you’re not in a relationship. Remember, your time is like a basket of apples, she can have some of them but not all.

You need to make a big choice without her listening to her input. Plan a short trip somewhere with the male friends that she doesn't like and allow minimal say just as an illusion so that she doesn't do anything too drastic to get retribution against you. Something that shows that you have a life outside of her rule. Find something to do and don't let her or your friends gfs join in.
