You are not even close to hit the peak of your SMV.

I started losing my hair when I was 23.
Never thought that this could happen to me and was literally shocked once I realized it .

I know it directly hits you confidence massively. I personally struggled around two years to settle this in my head.
So I can relate to your story.

That said, I want to point out few things;
- Once you restore your confidence , chicks will dig it. Being bald , is masculine, shows stability (ability to provide). Losing hair will only affect your sexual life negatively, if you allow it . On the other side, if you embrace it, worst case scenario would be to remain at the same level.

- Believe me I know that shaving your head is a shocker at first - most of the times. When I did it, everyone told me that it's nice , however I just couldn't see it. I let whatever hair I had to grow again, until I was sick of my low self confidence and decided that fuck all. You have to give yourself a chance to get used to this - at first sight it is really hard to appreciate your new self.

- Adapt to this new style. Set a starting line right here, right now and embrace a new life. Become the best version of yourself, by working with what is given to you. Nothing more. Shave your head, work out, focus on your studies and later your business , read books, study shit.

- Finally, don't do transplants. Being bald is not a sickness, on the contrast it even shows healthy levels of testosterone. Transplants will only scar your head and when your hairline recedes completely it will be shit.

Work on your confidence, not a way to cover your low confidence. Deal with the root of the problem.

In 1995 (I’m 49 now) I went around with a completely shaved head and a bit of a beard, even though I had no problem up top. Looking back now, it was easily the most prolific shagging epoch of my life.

Don’t do those hair transplants. They can only transplant a small amount of hair on the top of your head to the front. Then you’ll keep that hair and then one day have to shave it all anyways and then you’ll have a massive scar all the way around the back of your head from the transplant removal.

Goto the gym, lift and shave it off and grow a light beard you’ll look more masculine than whatever you are now.

If it’s just a bald spot then you can cover that with black bald spot cover pretty easy to get a few more years before shaving. But once the front goes just shave it.

In 10 years or so hair Cloning transplant should be available so anyone with a bald head can get all the hair they want by cloning and transplanting it in. Like the current transplants but without a scar or limited hair they can transplant.

I started losing my hair at around 17. i dont give a fuck anymore. you can go the finasteride or minoxidil route but the money will just add up. honestly once i shave my head ill look good as fuck. start building muscle

Hey man, I know how you feel. I've been there. I started losing my hair at 21, it hit me like a sledgehammer. I started shaving it off about 6 months later, thats the best decision you could make if you are noticeably thinning out. Now, 6 years later, I don't even remember what its like to have hair and I assure you that there are plenty of ladies that love it.

Shave it off. Or at least trim it down to a stubble.

DO NOT get a hair transplant. They will usually not perform it on you until you're 25 anyway, so are you really going to be insecure for 6 more years? Start owning it. Besides, I don't think there's a hair transplant in the world that ends up looking completely natural.

Here are a couple of rules I live by as a proud bald-ass motherfucker:

Get a tan.

If you live in a Northern country, like me, its easy to look like you have cancer even with hair. Without hair you can quickly look like you came straight from the chemo ward. So learn how to properly build up a tan in the healthiest way possible.

Go to the gym. You are a warrior from here on out.

This might as well be number 1. Since we don't have hair, we need to play out the masculine vibes we already give off as effectively as possible. So become muscular and start looking like Jason Statham/Joe Rogan/Bruce Willis/Johnny Sins. Baldness can give off an intense, rugged warrior-esque look but you need the physique to back this up.

Facial hair never hurt anybody

Unless you have a chiseled jaw and can rock the 5 o' clock stubble like a movie star, odds are cultivating a beard is the best first step. Since you're 19, odds are you can't sport a really good one yet. Don't worry, its way too early to determine how thick your beard really growth is, that process more or less settles itself around 29-ish. Even for me its still thickening and my beard growth really only took off like 3/4 years ago. Keep the beard in mind for a few years down the road.
