Get into the habit of saying “No” in playful yet respectful way(s) not only towards women but to everyone you know. For example, in this case, you could have told her: “if you can guess the color of my boxers, i may switch places with you ;)”

If she complies and gives you a guess, then she’s going through your “hoop.” It may be uncomfortable at first, but you have to keep doing something repeatedly until it becomes a habit which is essential to your overall frame.
