I have been learning about RP for just over a few weeks and trying to study and better myself. I pretty much have gathered relationships are not a red pill thing.

I have been in a relationship with my current girlfriend for a couple of years now. We see each other mostly every day, I normally go to her house or she will come to my house after I’ve been out with my friends or After work or after the gym.

My question is are there any red pill theories or rules that I should not implement to a LTR as I would if I was spinning plates?
