Conflicted b/w two approaches, a co worker has asked her to cover a 7-12 shift and she said she can really use the cash but if i want a date night she will say no.

We had plans for sat + sat night but it pisses me off that she wants to cancel them so I want to do either the opposite of how I feel

I struggle with being beta sometimes and applying dread...

  1. I say do it and show I don't care and am not dying to see her
  2. I am strict and I TELL her to stick to our plans.

Both to me seem weird.
