Not enough context. How has she been acting recently? How have you been acting? Is it the first time she's done it? If so you're fine, don't overreact, maybe subtly have her do something for you the next time you see her to make up for it and to keep her invested and compliant, but don't be bothered by her canceling or mention anything about it. It's only a problem when it becomes a trend.

No, you’re not over reacting. This was blatant disrespect . Soft next her. No explanation required. She’ll know exactly why. If she does it again, or if she’s done this before, a hard next may be in order.

If you don’t draw a line here she’ll lose respect for you;however, based on her actions, she’s already lost respect for you. You’ve probably been failing shit tests in the past or you’ve been acting like a simp.

Did she ask if its okay if she hangs with her friend because (reason) ? Thats the expectation I would have from a LTR and I would not mind that at all
