I work in a STEM heavy field and it's not strange to see women around work but rare. This girl just joined and basically I've been tasked to train her, which inevitably means we'll be spending a lot time around each other. She's attractive, younger, passionate about the field, and I'm not sure what to do here. I think I might be idolizing her at this point, but I don't think it's getting in the way of anything.

I'm inexperienced and relatively new to TRP game.

What would you guys do in this situation? Should I go for it? Is it a bad idea? What could go wrong?

Any suggestions would be great. Please explain things in terms I can understand.
