Alright guys go easy, not sure what is happening and I'm looking for guidance.

In an LTR of 8/9 months (I forget which), and recently been in a shitty situation.

I left for a vacation that caused my lady lots of anxiety, and I was pretty busy so she worried most of the time. Usually I'd say that's a good thing, some competition anxiety, but I think it destroyed the relationship. Upon returning I've found shes on her phone texting someone else. No proof, but the behavior is there and she's clearly on her phone much more often then usual. That spidey sense tells me.

I made the beta mistake of asking her what the deal is, and she told me I was suffocating her, acting like her mother, etc. I understand it's not attractive behavior but feel too deep to just let it happen.

Now I am enduring chronic stress as I continue to notice her acting more distant with me, our messages getting shorter, etc. Got the "I need some space," a few days ago. She came back because I didn't really show any emotion, but I'm starting to feel pain.

I used the morning to stir some anxiety with posting attractive pictures and also distancing myself as she is. Not sure if it's working or if it's too late.
