Scrolling through Instagram, as one does, I saw my LTR (of 4 months) liked a handful of pictures, including one I had just posted. We're both artsy and like rather compelling photos, so I was a intrigued by her liking a particularly mundane photo. I scroll through the photographer's thread and take note that she has liked nearly every single photo, going back 7 months...30% of which were plainly boring photos. Putting 2 and 2 together, I figure out that the guy was/is a ONS from a city she visits (once every 2-3 months) for work ...she was in that city 7 months ago.

Long ago, after setting the terms of our LTR, she reported that she unfriended or otherwise blocked her orbiters. And, yet, she and he have been actively liking each other photos for the entirety of our relationship and beyond.

My assessment is that she is not only seeking validation (which, to a degree, is dismissible), but maintaining an open flirtation (which is disrespectful).

Admittedly, I have deep-seated trust issues and while I am actively working on those issues, I find it difficult measuring my response to what I perceive as her overstepping clearly defined boundaries.
