I’m in an LTR of 4 years and maybe halfway through this year we decided to open things up and try a polyamorous dynamic. It was her idea, however being open minded I decided to give it a go. It helped our lacking sex life to begin with, however now there is nothing sexually happening between us as a primary and myself with anyone else for that matter. Now last week we had a lengthy discussion and decided we should have a break from each other but nothing has changed and now we are back in the same routine. During the fight I started using some tools I’ve learned to be more alpha rather than complying to her needs and this made her want to kind of stay in a way rather than break it off.

We used to have a great, exciting relationship but now it feels like we are just house mates.

I’m not sure what to do as so much time has been invested into our relationship and we share great memories.

Side note: I used to have a high sexual market value before we met, now I don’t feel like I’m anywhere near what I was. I’m a good looking bloke and have gym trained for a long time, I’m 26 btw.
