I hung out with a girl a few days ago. She was adamant to pick me up from my house, so I let her. It all went well, made out in her car.

When we were about a block from my house she said "I'm going to fuck a guy at uni tomorrow". I laughed and said "Have fun, missionary is good I've heard". She then said "Do you think I'm joking?". I said "It doesn't matter", got out of the car, said catcha as a closed the door.

Never have I seen somebody backpedal over text so hard that night. "I cancelled with the guy I was meant to see, I prefer you" etc.

Its natural to give a fuck when they mention another guy. The less you give a fuck, the less they will actually pursue or even mention another guy IMO.

While it is part of a girl's nature, a girl only Shit Tests you if she is unsure about your SMV. If you have passed them consistently there is no reason for her to continue shit testing you, and especially to make them disrespectful, unless she is insecure about something that you have, or she finally figured out she's been fucking a BP.

My piece of advice would be to simply to soft next her if she says: (I don't know what type of disrespecting shit tests she gives you, but for example:)

'My ex's cock is 10x better than yours. Maybe I should go back to him for a better fuck.'

'Cool, have fun.'

Then leave, or ask her to leave, or drop her off home, or wherever the fuck you are, and then cut off contact for 2-4 weeks. Just meet other women, lift, read or study. If you did have any value for her, she will arrange a meeting and she will get on her knees as soon as you see her, and trust me, she won't disrespect you for a very long time.

It's all about displaying and having abundance mentality. It shows her that you don't handle disrespect from a women since you know you can easily replace her.

And on a last note: Always keep lifting. Spinning is not necessary if you have a strong abundance frame, but it never hurts to have some girls on the side.

Shit tests are TESTS. She's assessing your value, trying to figure out whether you're strong or will break. They happen when things are mostly cool. She doesn't give you shit, doesn't disrespect or emasculate you, only comes up with some tests now and then.

When they toy talking about other men shit becomes tricky because they CAN'T EMPATHIZE. They FEEL DIFFERENT regarding that, they love that you get attention from other women but chose them.
Some women talk about other men to game you, to show pre selection and state that they're sexual beings. It doesn't work on you, but it works on them, so they assume it works. It doesn't feel like a shit test though, it feels like bragging, so I guess it's not your case. Just mentioning.

If you TALK about it, she will think "I have to comply because my boyfriend is insecure and can't take a little joke". You'll lose a lot of attraction.
If you do the same, she won't feel punished. She'll feel GOOD about it because you're with her in the end. Gender bending it would be giving "commitment" to a woman that doesn't offer you sex, and this is really not worth the trouble.

Anyway, to solve this, basically go this route.
Get back to the gym, get back in shape. Once you notice other women giving you IOIs, your need for your girlfriend's sexual validation will dwindle, and you'll become less jealous. This will reflect on your behavior when she talks about other men, you'll probably ignore it.
Abundance mentality is NON NEGOTIABLE. You can't abandon it, EVER, LTRs are definitely no exceptions.

We joke about other hot dudes. I'll be out with my LTR and scoping other hot chicks then a hot dude will walk by and I'll be like "I'ts OK - I'd even fuck him". You just have to be funny about it. Or when she brings up a dude I'll be like "sounds like y'all would be quite the couple"
