NO.

That would indicate that you Gave a Fuck. You're putting responsibility on her shoulders to like you back. Women don't want responsibility, especially not for other's feelings.

Always ignore or deflect all attempts by a girl to get you to "qualify" your relationship with her. Never be the first one to say "I like you and I love you." Women WANT the mystery of not knowing where they stand with you. They CRAVE it.

Not in the sense of a "formal date."

What kinds of things do YOU like doing? Do something YOU enjoy and ask her to come along with you.

Example: call her and say: "I'm going on a donut run. I need your help choosing. When should I pick you up?"

The fact that you're actually talking to her and including her in your plans should be good enough evidence how you feel about her. You don't need to tell her anything.

Also, I came in here expecting to find a man wanting advice on making a girl dependent on him psychologically. You can't make a girl yours if she doesn't even know you have a penis.

Do not ask her to spend time with you. Tell her.

Ex: "You should..." instead of "Would you...?"

A small difference in wording, but as long as you aren't overly demanding or pushy, telling her to join you instead of asking displays confidence and leadership instead of supplication and deference, all while communicating the same exact request.

Also, as W_O_M_B_A_T sagely noted, mystery and uncertainty are incredibly attractive to women. Admitting romantic feelings kills that attraction immediately, and thus should never be used as an opening move. Ever. Almost all the men I know have learned that one the hard way, but hopefully you won't have to.
