Being red pill in a LTR is something I struggle with immensely. I play the single game incredibly well, but I seem to lose my frame in a LTR.

My main issue is this: what leverage are you left with as a male in a LTR? When single, if a plate gives me shit then I can just ignore her and move on to another, but in a LTR I don't have that luxury.

How do I identify my strengths and leverage them?

This might just be a wake-up call that relationships aren't any good for me or men in general.
