Like every single person in TRP would advise, I do lift and practice it religiously. There's this BJJ and SAMBO place that are both legit that I will check out and choose one of the two, however I've also heard about dancing specifically salsa dancing or bboying // hiphop.

The only question I have is that I also want to gain a new skill, preferably a physical skill since I am young (23 years old) I want to take advantage of this and actually do shit outside of the house.

As an introvert who really doesn't go out much, I mean I even train in my garage gym and do accessory // volume work with a free pass at a commercial gym, the only time I go out is when I go to school (don't work). I feel that both places will help garner my social skills and of course work on a craft that I feel is valuable.

Dancing would help me if I ever do go out, but currently it's just strictly monk mode. Martial Arts would help me just in case shit ever pops off but I do believe that both would unlock an even higher version of confidence in me.

The only thing is that you really can't work on all 3 without sacrificing much time, and will tax your body trying to be a jack of all trades and could negatively impact all 3 potentially. The pro I have for doing BJJ // SAMBO is that they're both relatively close to me, while dance class would be about an hour away. I also always thought that you could salsa // b-boying for a year or max a couple of years and that will be sufficient when you go on the dance floor, but I guess that's a bias because you could say the exact same for an efficient martial art.
