Imagine she's one of those "never stick your dick in crazy" type girl. If I was 100% sure that she's not psycho , I'd still be reluctant.
I just believe that first dates should end in your place , not begin there.

If she says no then tell her to meet you there. You're over complicating it.
Escalate during the whole date. Ideally be making out by the time you're walking to your cars. pop the question mid makeout session while her emotion is high. "wanna come back to my place."
