tldr - she gave lots of signals but flaked on me, I still get signals from her but I don't know if I should ask her out again.

Really hot girl in class (26), she's been eyeing me since the semester started, gave me strong signals. I talked to her a few times, invited her to my house party and we were quite close the whole time.

Few weeks later we meet at a party again, everyone eventually leaves but she stays back to have a drink with me at 3am in town. We had a nice conversation but I was really tired and semi drunk so I was in no mood to try and hit on her at that time, though it was pretty clear she was generally interested.

I come up to her the next week after class and asked her out to which she said yes, but she flaked and said she was tired from work. I nicely said ok & goodnight, she suggested another time to which I said sure and to hit me up. I went to a house party instead, which she knew, so she saw I have other options.

She did text the next day, but at like 2am when I already came home from a night out. I couldn't go and we weren't in touch much after that, until she randomly started texting me a few weeks later. I don't want to ask her out again because she flaked and I think it should be on her, though I still feel she's pretty interested. Any suggestions?
