Drink milk and eat healthy foods. Lift or do some exercise so your body has a reason to grow. If you don't it's going to grow at a normal rate.

Personally I doubt Mk677 would have that huge of an effect on your height. Real growth hormone is preferred but you either need to have a bunch of money and confidence the product you're recieving is genuine or have a doc perscribe it. You're only 16 and I think freaking about height is dumb anyway as you still have the chance to grow. Just keep your nutrition on point and if it really bothers you that much go to a doctor I guess. Life isn't all about height, even though it's important.

Mk677 is relatively harmless. Only risk is wasting your money. I took it at your age too for a while and i didnt get taller or notice any effect really. The estrogen blockers are more risky i wouldnt fuck with those but with the mk, why not.

Bro chill out, you wont fuck women taller than you but you can always fuck shorter women. Is going to be harder to find a girl because you have a height limit but you will find one.

And honestly? Even if you fail theres a height increase surgery where they extend your bones which can offer you even an extra feet to your height.
